Bakery First-Impression Experience
A concept website for a neighborhood bakery, designed to make the online experience feel like walking through the front door.

Industry — Bakery / food and beverage
The challenge
Most local bakery websites undersell the real thing: dated templates, missing hours, menus trapped in PDFs. The warmth that fills the shop never reaches the screen.
The opportunity
A bakery’s first impression is sensory. A site that leads with the bread, the light, and the people can convert a search result into a visit before the visitor reads a single paragraph.
Creative direction
Split-screen storytelling: the business in real life beside the business online, sharing one warm palette. Editorial serif headlines, honest photography, and a menu treated as the centerpiece.
The solution
A one-page-first design for “Honey & Crust”: hero with the day’s bread, a scannable menu, ordering call-to-action above the fold, and story sections that carry the in-shop warmth through every scroll.
What this concept demonstrates
This concept demonstrates our design direction and capability for food businesses. Honey & Crust is a fictional bakery created for this study — it is not a paid client engagement.
Marked Concept Build: this work shows our capability and direction, not results delivered to a client.
