Who we are

onetwoninellc.com is operated by One Two Nine LLC (“One Two Nine Creative Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a creative studio that designs websites, builds automations, and connects business systems for local businesses. This policy covers our website and our Lead Rescue service. Questions? Contact us at hello@onetwoninellc.com.

Information you give us

  • Inquiries: when you use our “Start a Project” form, the name, email, phone number (if provided), business type, and the project details, timeline, and budget you choose to share — plus anything you include if you email us directly.
  • Service setup: if you buy Lead Rescue, the business details and the account access or approvals we need to configure and activate your system.
  • Checkout: the details you enter to buy (see “Payments” below).

Information collected automatically

Some technical data is received automatically, as with virtually all websites:

  • Server logs: our host may record standard request data, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files directly from Google, which receives your IP address and basic request information. This is separate from our forms — the contents of anything you submit are not sent to Google.

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party analytics or ad trackers on the site.

Payments

Our checkout is hosted through GoHighLevel, and card payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your full card details directly with the payment processor — we do not receive or store your full card number. We keep records of the transaction itself, such as your name, email, what you purchased, the amount, and the date.

Lead Rescue service data (handled for our customers)

To deliver Lead Rescue, we process information about your business’s own leads and customers on your behalf and under your instructions — such as their contact details and the messages or inquiries they send you, and the status of follow-ups. For that information you are responsible as the controller and we act as your service provider; we handle it to operate your service, not for our own marketing. This is separate from the information we collect directly from you as our customer.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about working together.
  • Set up, activate, run, and support your Lead Rescue service.
  • Process payments and keep business records.
  • Improve how we serve local businesses.

When you submit the inquiry form, it is received and stored by our website host and emailed to us; we may also enter the details into our CRM to follow up. We do not use your information for advertising or automated decision-making.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and the service:

  • Netlify — hosts the website and stores inquiry-form submissions.
  • GoHighLevel — our customer-relationship and service-delivery platform, including hosted checkout.
  • Stripe — processes card payments made at checkout.
  • Google Fonts — serves the site’s fonts (a request from your browser to Google).

Each processes information under its own privacy and security terms, and only as needed to operate our site and service.

Text messaging and consent

One Two Nine does not send marketing text messages. We send text messages only when you ask us to — for example, when you enter your number in an interactive demo on our site to receive a sample follow-up message, or when you opt in to service notifications. The following applies whenever you give us your number to text:

  • We text you only to send what you requested (such as the on-site demo message) or messages you have opted in to; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
  • Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out of texts will not affect any service you have purchased from us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes; any provider that helps us send messages may use that information only to provide the service to us. This policy describes how we handle information — it does not by itself create consent to receive messages, which we collect separately when you opt in.

Where text messaging is part of a customer’s Lead Rescue service, messages to that customer’s leads or contacts are sent on the customer’s behalf, under the customer’s own consent and disclosures — not ours. As our customer, you are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires before your contacts are messaged.

How long we keep it, and deletion

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep payment and transaction records for as long as tax, accounting, and other legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we’ll honor it where we’re not required to keep it — though removing data from our active systems does not instantly erase it from routine backups, which age out over time, so we can’t promise immediate deletion everywhere.

Data security

We take the security of your information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, information you submit is transmitted securely, and we limit access to the people and trusted service providers who need it to operate our site and services. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your information and to address any issues promptly if they arise.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct or delete it.
  • Stop contacting you at any time.

Email hello@onetwoninellc.com and we’ll take care of it. If you are a lead or customer of one of our business customers and want your information changed or removed, please contact that business directly, as they control it; if you reach us, we’ll pass your request along to them.

Children’s privacy

This site and service are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here on this page.
