These terms govern your use of onetwoninellc.com and, where you purchase it, our Lead Rescue service.

Agreement to these terms

This website, onetwoninellc.com, is operated by One Two Nine LLC (“One Two Nine Creative Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Scope of these terms

These terms include general terms for using our website, plus specific terms for our Lead Rescue service. They apply as follows:

  • General website terms (this page) apply to everyone who uses onetwoninellc.com.
  • Custom design and automation projects are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work that we both sign. If that signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
  • The Lead Rescue service is governed by the Lead Rescue Service Terms below, which apply when you purchase Lead Rescue.

Inquiries you submit

When you submit our “Start a Project” form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re authorized to share it. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a client relationship: a custom project begins when we both sign a written agreement, and the Lead Rescue service begins when you purchase it and we activate your system. We handle the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation or security.
  • Attempt to access areas or data not intended for you.
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the site.
  • Submit false information or another person’s details without permission through our forms.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by One Two Nine LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Some work presented on this site is labeled as concept, demonstration, or internal work. These pieces are created to show our design direction and capabilities — they are illustrative and are not claims of results delivered for a specific paying client unless expressly stated. Examples are for illustration only and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome for your business.

Lead Rescue Service Terms

This section sets out the terms for our Lead Rescue service. It applies when you purchase Lead Rescue — including where these terms are presented for your acceptance at checkout — and works together with the general terms above.

Setup fee and what it covers

Lead Rescue begins with a one-time setup fee of $149, paid at checkout. The setup fee covers configuring your Lead Rescue system and running an agreed end-to-end test to confirm it works. The setup fee is a one-time charge — it does not include the ongoing monthly service, and paying it does not start a subscription or authorize any future or recurring charges.

Monthly service and separate authorization

Ongoing Lead Rescue service is $99 per month. Your first monthly payment begins at activation (see below), not when you pay the setup fee. Recurring monthly billing requires your separate authorization: we will not bill you monthly unless you have separately authorized recurring payments.

Activation and notification

“Activation” means your Lead Rescue system has been configured and has passed the agreed end-to-end test. We will notify you of your activation date. The monthly service — and, once you have authorized recurring billing, the first monthly charge — begins on that activation date.

What the service includes

Lead Rescue is set up for your specific business, so what it includes is the configuration we agree with you and confirm at activation. We’ll confirm in writing what your setup covers. Unless we state otherwise in writing, Lead Rescue does not include unlimited usage, guaranteed response or turnaround times, dedicated support hours, or work beyond the agreed configuration; additional work may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the access, accounts, and approvals we need to configure the service and complete the end-to-end test.
  • Maintain your own third-party accounts and any phone numbers, messaging registrations, or tools your service relies on.
  • Obtain and maintain any consents required to contact your own leads and customers — for example, before messages are sent — and use the service in line with applicable laws.
  • Keep your billing information current.

Third-party services and no guaranteed results

Lead Rescue relies on third-party platforms (such as our CRM and communications providers). We don’t control those services, and their availability, changes, or outages can affect the service. We configure your system with care, but we do not guarantee any specific number of recovered leads, replies, appointments, or any particular revenue or business result — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel the monthly service at any time by emailing us at hello@onetwoninellc.com before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future monthly charges, and the service continues through the period you have already paid for.

For the one-time setup fee:

  • If you cancel before we begin setup work, we refund the setup fee in full.
  • If you cancel after setup work has begun but before activation, we refund the portion of the setup fee not yet earned by the work performed.
  • If we determine we cannot deliver the agreed setup, we refund the setup fee in full.

We do not provide routine partial-month refunds for the monthly service, except where required by law.

Text messaging (SMS) program

One Two Nine LLC operates an SMS text-messaging program. We send messages only to people who have opted in, and only in the category they opted in to:

  • Customer care / transactional — replies to inquiries and support requests, appointment and follow-up coordination, and account or service notifications.
  • Marketing / promotional (a separate opt-in) — offers, discounts, and product or service updates.

You opt in by checking the applicable consent box on our contact form at onetwoninellc.com/start. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message — we will stop sending texts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@onetwoninellc.com.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to or use our text-messaging program. How we handle the information involved is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” for general informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site’s accuracy, reliability, or availability, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Two Nine LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or the Lead Rescue service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to the site or the Lead Rescue service will be handled in the courts located in Maryland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site or the Lead Rescue service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
